RESCHEDULING

Clients can cancel their own appointments from their appointment confirmation page, or a button in their confirmation email. If they’d like to reschedule for a different date and transfer over any payments they've made, they should opt for the Rescheduling option instead of cancelling.

 

CANCELLATIONS

If you need to reschedule your appointment you can do so up to 24 hours prior to your booking. If you have any emergency, or an extreme circumstance past the 24 hrs leading to your appointment please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
